Hello, Once again I take pleasure in highlighting your cheating in displaying wrong calculation of my Consumed Data this month. I am attaching screen shots of them all. According to the executives my billing period is 7th of every month, so I was asked to calculate my remaining data from 7th onwards. Using the same calculations in self portal my Total Usage (in MB) from  07/10/2018  to  22/10/2018  is..... My consumed data is  194783 MB But calculated data is  185312 MB Which means that ur portal is showing MISMATCH of  9471 MB (9.4 GB) ,  mischievous EXTRA data added into calculations. Just export these values from selfcare portal into excel and write formula  =SUM(E2:E22) into new cell and anybody can see how clearly you people r showing wrong values. Are you people adding 1GB extra data for every 10GB data used so that u can fool your customers like this and penalize them for extra data usage? Tell me how can I trust you people? Screenshots: Se

This is how it looks when life calls me for attending various other duties and responsibilities. Times had not been very happy for me in the past few months. But the best thing is that almighty lord had not let me feel broken & defeated till now. The fire to learn and adapt to my newer lifestyle is still burning as strong as it was few months back. I am doing this because Jio have crossed 215 million users , in case if jio is cheating only 5% of them (like they r cheating me).... then it means that more than 10750000 Indians are suffering silently . If an average bill of Rs350 taken then Jio is earning Rs3,762,500,000 , and all this will be earned with white collared cheating . I want ur support by commenting/sharing my post as much as possible. On 03rd July 2018 I wrote, but bcoz I lost the email so I wrote to them again after two days on 05th July 2018 asking the Jio care to discontinue my number and confirm the final payment amount. In the starting even I also used to feel that BB is doing a wonderful job, till today when I was not able to apply a coupon. This post is for all those those people who (like me) believed that BB is doing a wonderful job. Here is the snapshot of the customer care (Chat). I sent Messages around 7:16am... and its almost 4pm now.... I'm still waiting for somebody to reply & help me apply the coupon . Now the catch behind this is: If I'm not able to apply coupon then I have to pay complete amount in cash. No discount/No Cashback. Another Catch: Once the order is completed, there's no question of cashback later. They have amazingly clever policies o back stab.

Mind not always provides us with 2 minute noodles, sometimes it wants us to REALLY put-in our understanding & attention....

On 8th all day as usual my mind had been observing lots of things, but somehow I didn't wanted to write anything. Only almighty lord knows which thoughts... we humans  need not engrave for referencing in the Future. The "Justification" we have for all our actions, so we all can justify all our actions as correct and on the same time we can justify other person's same actions as wrong too.

I'm so sad to see how irresponsibly these "so called" Jio Team Executives reply to customers. I wish if somebody @senior position in Jio customer care team can See/Monitor such shameful replies we customer get from time to time. This is the Error I am getting from 3 months, so I again wrote and asked for Tech team to help, but instead I get such replies.....
